Immofinanz in talks to sell €500m logistics portfolio in strategic shift

Immofinanz has confirmed it is in talks to sell its 1 million m2 logistics portfolio, valued at more than €500 mln, as part of a strategic reorientation to concentrate on the office and retail property sectors.
