Austrian listed property firm Immofinanz has appointed Stefan Schönauer as Chief Financial Officer for a period of three years, effectively immediately.
Austrian listed property firm Immofinanz has appointed Stefan Schönauer as Chief Financial Officer for a period of three years, effectively immediately.
He succeeds Birgit Noggler, who resigned from the executive board at her own request last month.
Stefan Schönauer, aged 36, joined Immofinanz in December 2008, and most recently held the post of head of capital markets and corporate strategy. In earlier years, Schönauer worked for Invesco Asset Management Austria.
Immofinanz's supervisory board also approved a four-year extension to April 2021 in the term of office for COO Dietmar Reindl. Aged 46, Reindl has been a member of the Immofinanz executive Board since May 2014, where he is responsible for the management of all commercial properties and for marketing as COO.
