Immofinanz Group has received EUR 80 mln in long-term refinancing from Helaba for its Brama Zachodnia and IO-1 office buildings in Warsaw. Helaba acted as the lender, arranger and agent.
The modern, 14-storey Brama Zachodnia office building is located in Warsaw's Ochota district. The second property, the IO-1 is situated in the Mokotów district in the southern part of the city.
In 2011 Helaba and Immofinanz Group jointly financed the Silesia City Center. ‘Our cooperation with Helaba proved to be extremely professional last year, and we are now pleased to further expand this reliable basis', said Eduard Zehetner, CEO at Immofinanz.
