Listed real estate developer-investor Immofinanz has appointed Stefan Schönauer officially as head of corporate finance & investor relations following the gradual transfer of various responsibilities from his predecessor, Clemens Eisinger, since June 2011.
Schönauer has been with Immofinanz since December 2008, where he was responsible for numerous projects in the finance area, taxes, treasury, corporate finance and controlling.
Immofinanz is one of the five largest listed property companies in Europe. Since its founding in 1990, the company has put together a EUR 8.4 bn diversified property portfolio. The company operates in eight regional core markets: Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland and Russia.
