Belgian REIT Immobel, hedge fund DW Partners and investment firm Whitewood have signed a 12-year lease agreement with Total for a new Belgian headquarters, the Multi building in the centre of Brussels.
From the end of 2022, 900 Total employees will be able to occupy the first CO2 neutral office building in Brussels, taking around 17,000 m2 in the scheme.
The 19-storey asset encompassing 41,000 m2 is also pre-let to bpost on a 15-year lease agreement.
