Immo Capital has appointed Amazon best-selling author and residential investment expert Anna Clare Harper as its new director to support business growth.
She will support company co-founder and chief investment officer (CIO) Samantha Kempe in developing sustainable investment products and driving UK expansion.
Announcing the appointment, Kempe said that Harper ‘is an inspirational female entrepreneur’ and her expertise can help Immo Capital ‘become the leading name in sustainable residential investment.’
Harper started her career at Deloitte where she was responsible for £2 bn+ (over €2.4 bn) M&A deals, before co-founding her own boutique investment companies active in the UK’s private rented sector.
She is the author of two Amazon bestsellers on residential property investment, with a third book on the way in April 2022, and the host of a well-known industry podcast.
Harpers has also been recognised as ‘35 Women Under 35’ by Management Today and ‘Women Leading Real Estate’ by Bisnow.
