Finnish pension fund Ilmarinen has sold 15 office assets in Helsinki to a new joint venture with Swedish peer AMF in deal worth €400 mln.
The pension funds each hold a 50% stake in the joint venture. The 250,000 m2 portfolio includes the headquarters of Nokia and Finnair.
