Three funds managed by Italy's largest asset manager IdeaFimit have sold their ownership in the Forte Village Resort on the Italian Island of Sardinia for €180 mln.
The sales price reflects a slight loss of 5-8% on the asset's latest appraised value of €190-196 mln.
The buyer is Progetto Esmeralda, the current operator of the resort.
Located in Santa Margherita di Pula near Cagliari, the luxury resort includes eight hotels and 44 suites as well as 21 restaurants and 10 swimming pools.
It was owned by IdeaFimit's Delta, Beta and Gamma funds respectively with a stake of 50%, 27% and 23%.
