Idea Fimit hires JLL to sell Rome office building

Jones Lang LaSalle has been mandated by fund manager Idea Fimit to divest an historic office scheme in the Prati district of Rome.

The 10,000 m2 asset, which is owned by Idea Fimit's Omega Immobiliare fund, is located at Via Quirino Visconti 80 and was recently restructured. The tenants include financial group Fideuram Vita.
