The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is to hold its 2011 European Conference in Paris on June 15 -17. The event will run in tandem with SIEC, the French National Council of Shopping Centers (CNCC) annual commercial real estate exhibition.
The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is to hold its 2011 European Conference in Paris on June 15 -17. The event will run in tandem with SIEC, the French National Council of Shopping Centers (CNCC) annual commercial real estate exhibition.
Ermine Amies, managing director of ICSC in Europe, said: 'We are delighted to bring our annual European conference to Paris, returning after 12 years - and this year, it will be in springtime, widely recognised as the city’s most beautiful month.
'It will also be a pleasure to run our conference alongside SIEC, which the French National Council of Shopping Centers has grown and expanded over the last few years, offering them a unique opportunity to showcase their vibrant shopping centre industry to delegates from across Europe and the wider world.'
ICSC is the global trade association of the shopping centre industry with more than 55,000 members in 80 countries across the world.
The conference will be held at CNIT Convention Centre in Paris and will be chaired by Nils-Christian Hakert, Chief Operating Officer, Atrium European Real Estate, the Netherlands.
The ICSC European Conference also hosts the annual ICSC European Shopping Centre Awards, which set the standard for the most innovative and successful shopping centres across Europe
