The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is launching an ICSC Liaison Committee in Russia on Thursday 12 November to support what it describes as the fast-growing retail development industry in the country. The event to launch the committee takes place from 4-6.30pm at the Hotel Baltschug Lempinski, Moscow.

'The Committee will work to organise events, networking and information sharing within the Russian Federation.
