ICG-Longbow, the UK-focused commercial property debt investment manager, has launched a £400 mln (€492 mln) senior debt programme made up of four fully discretionary mandates.
Under the platform ICG-Longbow will co-invest in senior loans of up to £75 mln secured on UK commercial property, with a maximum LTV of 65%.
Commenting on the launch, managing partner Martin Wheeler said: 'The senior debt programme provides an opportunity to invest in newly originated senior loans delivering investors a low-risk profile with a materially higher yield than you can get from corporate bonds. We are very excited by the positive reception of this new product by potential borrowers.'
ICG-Longbow, a 51% subsidiary of Intermediate Capital Group, is an investment manager focused solely on the UK commercial property debt markets.
