Icade's healthcare unit Icade Santé has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of the Clinique de l’Europe private clinic in Rouen, in the Normandy region of France, for €87.2 mln (including duties).
With 370 inpatient and outpatient beds and a surface area of 23,500 m2, Clinique de l’Europe is one of the largest healthcare facilities in Normandy.
In connection with this acquisition, Icade has signed a new lease with a firm term of 12 years with operator Vivalto Santé Group.
The yield for this investment is in line with the market yields for comparable assets, Icade said in a statement.
