Icade’s development arm Icade Promotion has completed the sale of a mixed-use complex in Ivry-sur-Seine, near Paris, to Primonial REIM for €109 mln, excluding taxes.
The complex consists of two buildings providing close to 25,000 m2. It includes 1,200 m2 of offices, a three-star, 175-room B&B hotel, a 99-unit apartment hotel for business tourists, a 111-room seniors’ residence with services as well as a mixed-use facility consisting of 248 rooms for students and a 90-room hotel section.
The complex is under construction with completion scheduled for the start of Q4 2022.
