French property company Icade said on Thursday that it has signed an agreement to sell an office building in in Rue Mogador in Paris for around EUR 51 mln. The company, which made the announcement during the presentation of its third-quarter results, said that the transaction price is 7% higher than the appraised value of the asset at end-June 2008. The name of the buyer was not disclosed.
