The name of the buyer was kept confidential.
Icade, a subsidiary of Caisse des Depôts, said the sale will be finalised after the signature of a new lease for 5,400 m2 and 104 parking spaces.
The rental agreement for a firm period of nine years brings the occupancy rate of the building to over 85%.
Located in the very heart of the Trapèze district in Boulogne, the building was designed by architect Josep-Luis Matteo and provides a total of 14,000 m2 of offices on seven levels, including 250 parking spaces in the basement.
