Icade Santé, a subsidiary of Paris-listed Icade specialised in investment in healthcare real estate, is increasing its share capital by EUR 250 mln with a reserved capital increase to three institutional investors led primarily by Crédit Agricole Assurances and BNP Paribas Cardif. Both insurers have invested their share of the funds through their own OPCI vehicles approved to this end.

Both insurers have invested their share of the funds through their own OPCI vehicles approved to this end.
The operation will enable Icade Santé to pursue its acquisition and investment strategy for healthcare real estate assets. The company has a portfolio comprising 44 facilities valued at more than EUR1.3 bn.
In 2011, Icade posted consolidated revenue of EUR 1.5 bn and had net current cash flow of EUR 223 mln.
