Icade Santé, the healthcare arm of French listed property firm Icade, has acquired seven clinics in France operated by Capio Santé for just over €260 mln.
'This transaction allows Icade Santé to consolidate its leading position in real estate investment in healthcare and to add an important partner to its portfolio, thereby ensuring the diversification of its tenant-operators,' Icade said in a statement.
The assets are leased with 12-year triple net fixed leases.
Following this acquisition, Icade Santé owns 69 healthcare facilities representing a total of €2.3 bn of assets.
