IC to manage nine properties for UK investor

IC PropertyOne Asset und Real Estate Management has taken over the property management for a total of nine assets belonging to British investor IM Properties in Germany.

Part of the IC Immobilien Gruppe, IC PropertyOne has taken charge both of the technical and the commercial property management as well as of the letting services at the properties.

In addition, IC PropertyOne's area of responsibility will include the centre management for the client's shopping centres in Dresden and Wittlich and for a retail park in Gera. The portfolio, which also includes logistics properties, is managed by the nationwide network of IC Immobilien Gruppe branches.

Overall, IC has thus taken over the management of more than 114,000 m² of lettable area and a current rent roll of 71 tenants. The management agreement signed has a three-year term.

IC Immobilien Group focuses on asset and property management services for German and international institutional investors. At the moment, IC Immobilien Gruppe has EUR 8.5 bn in investment assets under management.
