Dutch property company Ibus has acquired two retail portfolios in its first commercial property acquisition in the German market. The portfolios include a total of 34 real estate assets across 30 locations in Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Hamburg and Lower Saxony. The properties have been bought through a sale and lease back deal with grocery retailer Kloppenburg. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
