IBA Capital and Angelo Gordon have reportedly put the Nodo office complex near Madrid’s Barajas airport up for sale for a price of €70 mln.
According to a news report by El Confidencial, the sale is being managed by advisors BNP Real Estate and JLL.
The asset provides 29,175 m2 of office space and was last redeveloped in 2020. It is multi let with tenants including telecomm group Vodafone.
IBA and Angelo Gordon bought the asset in 2019 for €37.5 mln from GMP.
The owners hope to be able to close the sale within the summer.
