Kelley initially founded the Paris office of BMO Real Estate Partners in 2015 to create a European real estate platform, which later became part of Columbia Threadneedle Investments in 2021 following a change in shareholder.

During this time, he developed numerous funds and mandates totalling more than €2 bn in assets under management throughout Europe.

Kelley's experience spans across leading firms including CBRE Investment Management, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Bouygues Immobilier and Polo Ralph Lauren.

The new venture, which Kelley describes as a platform designed to revolutionise the approach to European real estate for private investments, aims to offer investors unparalleled opportunities within the real estate market.

‘I am thrilled to embark on this entrepreneurial journey,’ said Ian Kelley ’this new venture represents an exciting opportunity to continue providing value-driven, innovative solutions for private investments within the European real estate landscape.'
