Segro, Europe's leading provider of flexible business space, announced on Friday that CEO Ian Coull will retire from the business during the course of 2011, when a successor has been appointed.
The process of selecting a successor to Coull is underway and will include internal and external candidates, Segro said. Coull has led Segro for the last seven years.
Separately the company also announced that Coull has been appointed as chairman designate of UK house building and construction group Galliford Try. He joins Galliford Try as a non-executive director on 8 November and will become chairman on 1 July 2011.
