Hypo Real Estate Group has decided to combine its five offices in the city of Munich and has signed a tenancy agreement for the Lehel Carré office complex owned by Versicherungskammer Bayern, Germany's largest public sector insurer. The building complex, located in the central Lehel district of Munich is currently being refurbished, and will be ready for occupation in 2009.

The building complex, located in the central Lehel district of Munich is currently being refurbished, and will be ready for occupation in 2009.
The property with a total rental space of 21,000 m2 will offer board rooms, offices, and conference rooms for the 600 Munich-based employees of the group, who are currently working at five different locations in the city. The building complex was designed by Munich-based architects C + F. Completion is planned for the end of 2008.
