Boer Vastgoed Groep, based in Borger, entrusted Hypo Noe Landesbank with the refinancing of their 20-property portfolio located in the northeastern part of the Netherlands.

The portfolio comprises a strategic mix of office, logistics, industrial, and retail properties, totalling approximately 77,000 m2 of net leasable area (NLA).

The loan that was refinanced was originally held by a private equity-owned Dutch real estate lending platform. By choosing Hypo Noe Landesbank, Boer Vastgoed Groep has chosen a strategic shift towards a long-term partnership, the bank said.

MontFort Real Estate brought together Boer Vastgoed Groep and Hypo Noe Landesbank. They will remain involved in the asset management of the portfolio on behalf of Hypo Noe.

Other key advisors in this transaction include Trip Advocaten Notarissen, representing Boer Vastgoed Groep, and NautaDutilh, representing Hypo Noe Landesbank.
