Hungarian developer Wing has announced the start of construction on its South-Pest business park, which the company claims to be Hungary's sole logistics park to receive development financing from banks this year.
The project will involve the expansion of the existing facility to provide a further 14,000 m2 of space across two buildings. UniCredit Bank is providing debt for the development, while Market Építõ is the main contractor.
The facility is expected to be handed over in the second half of the year. 'Negotiations with a number of potential tenants are currently at an advanced stage,' said Wing in a statement. C&W is marketing the asset.
South-Pest business park provides a total of 44,000 m2 of space with an occupancy rate of 92%.
