Hub and Bridges Fund Management have appointed Harris Associates to seek funding for a 632-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Leith, Edinburgh.
Shore Station is the largest single student accommodation scheme to gain planning consent in Edinburgh, with over 4,550 m2 of outdoor amenity spaces.
'This institutional-grade opportunity will deliver high-quality student accommodation just steps from the Shore tram station and 10 minutes to Edinburgh city centre,' Harris said in a Linkedin post.
Set for the 2027/2028 academic year, Shore Station will feature studios, clusters, and apartments with expansive amenities like study spaces, a resident lounge and gym.
Harris Associates is seeking a full funding offer for this opportunity, which is planned to 632 student bed spaces, made up of 342 clusters (54%) and 262 studios (42%), alongside six 1-bed, two 2-bed and six 3-bed apartments (4%).
Designed by Michael Laird Architects, Shore Station will exhibit a combination of new-build and refurbishment of listed buildings.
