German lender HSH Nordbank is providing refinancing to an American investment firm for two Frankfurt office properties with a total floor space of 58,000 m2.
The financing comes to €95.2 mln.
One of the assets is a single-tenant property comprising 27,000 m2 of usable floor space in the Merton district in north Frankfurt. Dating from 1994, the property underwent extensive renovation last year. The new long-term tenant is Lurgi, part of the Air Liquide Group.
The other office building, Campus Carré, is situated in Niederrad in the south of Frankfurt near the airport. Built in 2003-2004, the property comprises around 31,000 m2 of office space. There are eight tenants, including Hochtief Solutions and Techniker Krankenkasse, a statutory health insurance company, on long-term leases.
Asset and property management is being handled by Round Hill Asset Management, a fully integrated real estate investor and manager with offices in UK, Germany, Luxembourg, US and the Netherlands.
