Germany’s HSH Nordbank is providing London-based private equity firm Maple Knoll Capital and a group of other investors with a loan of €90 mln to finance an office building in Munich.

The 60,000 m2 property is located in Munich’s Allach industrial district and is fully let. The main tenant with just under 70% of the space is T-Systems International, a Deutsche Telekom subsidiary. Other long-term tenants include MAN Truck & Bus as well as MAN Financial and MTU Aero Engines.

Maple Knoll Capital, which focuses primarily on value-add and opportunistic real estate, will assume the asset management of the building. The company has been involved as a principal or adviser in transactions with an aggregate transaction volume of over €20 bn, with nearly €15 bn focused on real estate across multiple geographies.
