HSBC Assurances Vie, the French life insurance arm of UK bank HSBC, has acquired an office building in the 15th arrondissement of Paris from life insurer AG2R La Mondiale for an undisclosed amount.

HSBC Assurances Vie, the French life insurance arm of UK bank HSBC, has acquired an office building in the 15th arrondissement of Paris from life insurer AG2R La Mondiale for an undisclosed amount.

Delivered in 2003, the building provides around 8,750 m2 of space and is leased in its entirety to PMU, with five years remaining on the lease.

The deal was brokered by BNP Paribas Real Estate and Savills.

Law firms Etude Monnassier and Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés advised the vendor while Etude Oudot & Associés, Neu Janicki and HSBC REIM acted for the buyer.
