London law firm Howard Kennedy has announced the appointment of Jonathan Achampong as a partner in the residential conveyancing team.
Achampong specialises in all aspects of private residential conveyancing in the prime and super prime residential property market.
He regularly acts for high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families in matters related to the purchase, sale, lease or development of high-value freehold and leasehold properties in central London and the Home Counties. He also advises property investors and property management companies.
Achampong's wide-ranging capabilities also include representing landlords and tenants on statutory and voluntary lease extension claims, providing advice to private clients on probate sales and de-enveloping, as well as collective enfranchisement claims, right to manage claims, disposals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, landlord and tenant issues and block management matters.
