Property manager Apleona GeServ has appoined Marco Houdek to a management position, assuming key account responsibility for the Germany-wide real estate portfolio of a major Italian insurance group.
Houdek will work at Apleona’s headquarters in Neu-Isenburg. He most recently held the role of director of corporate development at Apleona and was responsible for key account management for a German real estate portfolio of an international institutional investor since 2015.
Apleona has been managing the German portfolio of the Italian insurer since 2009, comprising a portfolio of office and retail properties covering 370,000 m2 of space.
Apleona Real Estate Management is responsible for technical and commercial management of these properties, management of letting activities and the resulting leasehold improvements, and coordination of facility management services.
