Spanish business newspaper Expansión reported that JLL has been instructed to sell the property on the owners’ behalf.
The hotel was bought from Le Meridien in 2003 for €125 mln. The asset carries a loan of €65 mln and is likely to need significant refurbishment, the paper claims.
