Les Nouvelles Messageries de la Presse Parisienne (NMPP), a distributor of newspapers and magazines throughout France and globally, has signed a nine-year fixed term lease for the entire 14, 300 m2 building. Horizon French Property Partnership agreed to acquire the building for EUR 51 mln at the development stage in December 2006. The property was due for completion in the first quarter of 2009.
