Commerzbank's fully owned real estate arm Commerz Real has announced that board member Hans-Joachim Kühl is leaving and will be replaced by Roland Holschuh from mid-May.
Commerzbank's fully owned real estate arm Commerz Real has announced that board member Hans-Joachim Kühl is leaving and will be replaced by Roland Holschuh from mid-May.
Holschuh, currently head of Corporate Real Estate Management at Commerzbank, will take over the real estate management responsibilities on the management board of Commerz Real.
Holschuh (37) joined Commerzbank in 2009, taking over responsibility for managing the group's corporate real estate. He previously focused on consolidating the international portfolios of Dresdner Bank and Commerzbank when the two banks merged.
Kühl (44) has been on the management board of Commerz Real since the company's founding in September 2007. Previously, he was in charge of real estate acquisitions for the company's predecessor, Commerz Grundbesitz Investmentgesellschaft. In total, he served the company for 14 years.
