Global real estate advisory boutique Hodes Weill & Associates has appointed Jonathan Read as a principal in its London office with primary responsibility for institutional coverage in Europe.
Read was previously employed at Angelo, Gordon & Co., where he was responsible for institutional coverage and capital raising across Europe.

Prior to his role at Angelo, Gordon & Co., Read was a member of the capital introduction team at JP Morgan.
Jonathan started his career in South Africa at EW Balderson, which was followed by roles at RBS and Robert Fleming Securities in London and Schroder and Co in New York. In his previous roles he has covered Scandinavia, Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, Ireland, the UK, the US, South Africa and the Middle East.
