In a statement, Hochtief said 40% of the space in the first project undertaken by the group's Swiss subsidiary will be occupied by Baxter Healthcare. The American pharma group has set up its European headquarters in the Portikon, with over 200 employees. Hochtief Facility Management is responsible for space management, the conference and event service, and security in the building.
