The property comprises a rental area of 6,330 m2. It is due for completion during the first quarter of 2014 and will be handed over to the tenants in March 2014.
Trias will be built as a high-rise with eight regular floors, three tower levels, and 28 underground parking spaces, on a triangular lot of around 900 m2 on the intersection of Martin-Luther-Ring and Markgrafenstrasse. Almost 35% of the building's rental area has already been let.
The project is designed to meet the criteria for silver certification from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
