Hochtief Projektentwicklung has sold the new specialist retail mall and service centre on the Industrial Development West in the Hessian town of Friedberg to Hansainvest for EUR 22.3 mln. The overall development comprises two construction phases with combined rental space of just under 19,000 m2, most of which is already let. The first construction phase was completed in mid-2009.
Hochtief Projektentwicklung has sold the new specialist retail mall and service centre on the Industrial Development West in the Hessian town of Friedberg to Hansainvest for EUR 22.3 mln. The overall development comprises two construction phases with combined rental space of just under 19,000 m2, most of which is already let. The first construction phase was completed in mid-2009.
The entire rental space of around 15,000 m2 is being used by a Globus building supplies and garden centre. The InLine specialist retail mall forms the second phase of construction: Around 75% of the 4,000 m2 rental space has already been let to retail and service businesses and a catering outlet. The complex grounds have an area of over 51,000 m2 with around 550 car parking slots.
