Hochtief Solutions has sold the 17,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of residential and commercial space at the Belvivo project in Frankfurt's Europaviertel West for an undisclosed sum.

Hochtief Solutions has sold the 17,000 m² of residential and commercial space at the Belvivo project in Frankfurt's Europaviertel West for an undisclosed sum.

The buyer was ABG Frankfurt Holding.

Construction of 122 rental apartments and up to eight retail units is due to start in September 2012 with completion planned for June 2014.
