Hochtief Projektentwicklung, the development arm of builder Hochtief, has concluded further leases for its KOMM Shopping Center in Offenbach. The jewellery chain Christ, fashion company Bestseller with the Vero Moda and Jack & Jones concepts, and Xenos, a provider of home furnishings and gifts are together renting around 1,000 m2 of retail space.
The new leases bring the let area to 14,150 m2, or over 90% of the total surface area. The mall is due to be opened on 24 September.
The new shopping centre will feature over 60 retail, service and restaurant outlets. The largest areas have been secured by Tegut, a food supermarket, Müller, which has a range of perfume and toiletries, and clothing chain H&M.
Hochtief Projektentwicklung has been developing, realizing and marketing real estate projects in Germany and abroad since 1991. The company concentrates on office premises, hotel and special-purpose properties in downtown locations and areas within easy reach of city centres. New product market segments are retail properties, distribution centres and nursing care facilities. Another focus is on the development of urban quarters.
