German developer Hochtief said it has leased out nearly 16,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of office and commercial space in the Trianon office and retail complex in Prague. The new tenants are a Czech bank, market research firm TNS Aisa, an insurance company and restaurant chain Kolkovna.

The leasing agreements mean that some 85% of the total 19,000 m2 of lettable area in the Trianon complex are now rented, Hochtief said.
The complex, which was completed at end-2008, consists of a 12-storey tower, an eight-storey building and an underground garage with 300 parking spaces. It was sold to Hamburg-based Union Investment prior to construction.
