The Hungarian subsidiary of German construction group Hochtief Projektentwicklung has concluded a new lease contract for 1,200 m[sup]2[/sup] of space in the Capital Square project in Budapest with consultancy firm AAM Vezetoi Informatikai Tanacsado.

The Hungarian subsidiary of German construction group Hochtief Projektentwicklung has concluded a new lease contract for 1,200 m2 of space in the Capital Square project in Budapest with consultancy firm AAM Vezetoi Informatikai Tanacsado.

The firm will relocate to the office building in July this year. The agreement brings the occupancy rate in the Capital Square project developed by Hochtief to 40%. The project, which will comprise three separate buildings, was recently purchased by CA Immo International. It provides a total gross floor area of 32,500 m2 and 640 parking spaces. Completion is expected for August 2009.
