When completed in the autumn of 2010 the property at Albersloher Weg in Münster's harbour district will comprise 7,500 m[sup]2[/sup] of gross floor space. Prior to the start of construction, two complete floors - 30% of the total rental area - have already been let to a medical practice.

The seven-story property is being built on a triangular lot with an area of almost 4,500 m2. This means that three different addresses are possible. The penthouse level will be built to a superior standard as a belvedere with roof terrace. An enclosed, public area will be formed between PortAL 10, the adjacent multiplex cinema - also a Hochtief project - and a neighbouring restaurant.
