Spanish REIT Hispania has acquired two office buildings in Madrid from two funds managed by German asset manager Deka Immobilien for €54.5 mln in cash.
The Foster Wheeler building is located at C/ Gabriel García Márquez, 2, in Las Rozas, to the northwest of Madrid. It has 11,000 m2 of lettable space, distributed across three floors and 544 parking units. The asset is fully let to Foster Wheeler which uses it as its headquarters.
The 4B Cristalia building is located within the Cristalia business park to the northeast of Madrid and provides 10,930 m2 of space over seven floors, plus 202 parking units.
