Hines, the international real estate firm, is putting the office building at 1 Westferry Circus in London's Canary Wharf district up for sale.
The 225,000 square feet (20,900 m2) office building is priced at £123 mln (€141 mln), representing a yield of 5.15% and £548 per square foot.
JLL and Cushman & Wakefield have been appointed as joint sales agents and will lead a global sales campaign which is expected to appeal to a wide audience of investors from Asia, MENA, the UK and the US.
Hines recently announced the start of a large-scale refurbishment programme on its rebranded building 'The Cabot' within close proximity to Westferry Circus.
