US developer-investor Hines has hired Greg Cooper from Anglesea Capital to lead the company’s entry into the Industrial and Logistics market in the UK.

Cooper joins Hines UK as director of industrial and logistics, a new role which has been created as part of the firm’s plans to enter the market later this year.

He has over 10 years of experience specialising in investment, development and asset management of UK logistics. As an investment manager, he worked alongside a range of investors to source, acquire and manage direct logistics investments. He previously spent eight years as a market advisor with Cushman & Wakefield.
