US developer-investor Hines has purchased the Nestlé House (formerly known as Pacific) office building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district from Kronos Real Estate for around €50 mln.
US developer-investor Hines has purchased the Nestlé House (formerly known as Pacific) office building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district from Kronos Real Estate for around €50 mln.
The asset is earmarked for the Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund.
Located at Domaniewska 32 Street, the scheme offers over 16,400 m2 of office space and over 1,400 m2 of commercial space across eight stories. The asset is mainly let to Nestlé with other tenants including Polish construction firm Warbud and IMCD.
'We are very happy with the purchase of Nestlé House, as both the building and the tenant mix are a class of their own,' commented Mieczys³aw Godzisz, senior managing director of Hines Poland.
