A fund advised by Hines Italia has acquired a portfolio of five office buildings across Italy from Tecla Fondo Uffici, a listed closed-end vehicle managed by Prelios.

A fund advised by Hines Italia has acquired a portfolio of five office buildings across Italy from Tecla Fondo Uffici, a listed closed-end vehicle managed by Prelios.

The assets, which were acquired for €49.1 mln, are located in the cities of Monza, Rome, Parma, San Remo and in Pavia. They are currently let to Telecom Italia and provide a total gross area of 36,600 m2.

Similarly, last week Prelios sold other two Telecom assets back to the occupier for €26 mln.

The property at via Plana 38, located in Milan’s northwest suburbs, provides 13,000 m2 of space.

The complex at L. da Vinci in Cassina de’ Pecchi, located about 20 km northeast of Milan, consists of five buildings with a total gross area of 12,500 m2.
