US privately owned real estate firm Hines has appointed Patrick Albrand as president of its French operations, succeeding Olivier de Dampierre who will stay on with the firm as a senior adviser in charge of major development projects and president of the subsidiary Hines Holding France II.
US privately owned real estate firm Hines has appointed Patrick Albrand as president of its French operations, succeeding Olivier de Dampierre who will stay on with the firm as a senior adviser in charge of major development projects and president of the subsidiary Hines Holding France II.
Albrand is currently senior managing director of Hines France. He joined the firm in 1995 when it entered the French market.
In his new role, Albrand will lead the Hines France team, supervising all investment management and development activities. He will be assisted by Patrick Bosque, managing director of property development and Xavier Musseau, managing director of investment management.
Since its creation in 1995, Hines France has acquired or developed more than one million square meters of office buildings in Ile-de-France, for Hines-managed funds or for institutional investors, particularly in La Défense. These properties include EDF Tower, GDF Tower, and more recently, the Carpe Diem Tower for Aviva/Predica.
In Boulogne-Billancourt, Hines France properties include the redevelopment of the former Renault land, and more recently the Duo Towers in Seine Rive Gauche, which are under development for Ivanhoé Cambridge.
